Then bear witness to the transformation of the resort into a magical fairyland with tropical flower decoration and billowing white ribbons. Every scene is the perfect backdrop for wedding photography. Everything desired for a perfect wedding, from the cake and the guestbook to the bridal bouquet and personalised butler services, can be arranged for you.
VENUE POSSIBILITIES:
Pick from four beautiful spots to exchange your vows. Your wedding ceremony can take place right In Your Villa for the ultimate privacy, or outdoor on the beach with your Feet In The Sand accompanied by the music of the waves and the gentle sea breeze. Escape the constraints of a ballroom into the openness of nature. You can have it Colonial Style at the balcony of the main lobby or opt for the Wedding Gazebo By The Beach surrounded by tropical vegetation and humming birds. A menu of à la carte options is available to suit every taste and preference.
CEREMONY POSSIBILITIES:
Nuts About You: Unique wedding ceremonies have been specially developed for your selection. The Creole Coconut Ceremony is highly recommended for couples who yearn for a vow exchange with a difference. Serenaded by local Creole music, the couple is escorted to the altar where both stand on coconut leaves to symbolise the new foundation on which marital love shall grow. The coconut palm is a highly versatile and cherished fruit in the region, widely considered to be a symbol of abundance and solidarity. You then light a candle before inserting your written vows into a coconut. The climax of the ceremony is reached when the couple collectively throw the coconut into the ocean to represent a new beginning, and seal the union with a sweet kiss. You can also choose to plant a coconut tree to mark the growth of your future together. Be inspired.
A Rosy Start: The Rose Ceremony is simple yet steeped in profound meaning. What says love better than roses? This all-time favourite floral symbol of love accentuates the passion in the air and matches perfectly with all shades of white gowns, from ivory to cream. During the ceremony, the bride and groom are blessed with a single rose to symbolise the words ‘I love you’. You will commit to honour each wedding anniversary with a bouquet of roses at a fixed spot at home as an affirmation of your love. The rose has another significance. In every marriage there are times when it is difficult to find the right words. It is easy to hurt a loved one, and it might be difficult sometimes to say “I am sorry”. If this should happen, leave a rose at the spot. That rose shall say the words “I still love you”. Be touched.
Other Lovely Touches: Religious preferences can be accommodated. Weave in age-old traditions into your wedding plan to ensure that it reflects your personality and is truly memorable. Light a unity candle to signify harmony as two families become one? Sure. Merge two handfuls of sand to represent two individuals coming together? Definitely. Fancy a local Creole band with dancers to liven the atmosphere? Consider it done.
-
Day Three:

Enjoy an early dinner with your wedding party before retiring to get some beauty sleep before your big day.
