Incentive Itinerary
-
Day One
Arrive at Victoria Airport, Mahé. Transfer to Constance Ephèlia Seychelles, a beautiful resort situated at the foot of the Morne Seychellois National Park and overlooking the Port Launay National Marine Park, offering a treasure trove for divers and snorkelers. A magical place to revive the senses, Constance Ephèlia Seychelles is situated on two beautiful beaches and enjoys a unique location set on 120 hectares of luxuriant land. The Junior Suites (which are the best option for large groups travelling together) are all sea facing and can be requested with twin or king sized beds, depending on the room allocations.
Start off the incentive trip with a welcome dinner in one of the five restaurants at Constance Ephèlia Seychelles. Depending on the size of the group, we would suggest a private function either in Cyan, which offers beautiful signature dishes that combine classic French culinary techniques with the lightness and flavours of Seychellois and Asian influences; or in Helios, which offers a sumptuous Mediterranean menu.
A stay at Constance Ephèlia Seychelles includes the following:
- Breakfast daily, with lunch and dinner added on as per the itinerary.
- All taxes.
- Complimentary Wi-Fi.
- Tea and Coffee in your villa.
- Access to the fully equipped gym, tennis court and squash court.
- Complimentary bicycles.
- Non-motorised watersports and equipment i.e. snorkelling (masks, snorkels and fins), kayaks, Pedalos, catamarans and windsurfing.
-
Day Two:
The Seychelles Archipelago is very much known for the blue water fishing available in its tropical waters and boasts some of the best sport fishing in the world. Make it a team activity by setting up a group competition which will take your fishing knowledge to a whole new level! After weighing catches and comparing sizes (and giving prizes, of course!) participants can be instructed in how to prepare their catch in a traditional Kreol style for lunch. You have your evening at leisure with dinner included at Constance Ephèlia Seychelles.
-
Day Three:
You have your day at leisure. Breathe in the air of serenity which surrounds the beautiful Spa Village set in the tranquil heart of Ephélia’s stunning tropical gardens and allow it to seduce you into having a rejuvenating or relaxing treatment from the range offered by top brand Shisheido; or visit the dive centre for an introductory dive or snorkelling excursion. For the more adventurous, try out the rock climbing and abseiling offered by the activity centre. Ready ye sea legs, as tonight we are putting on a Pirates of the Indian Ocean Themed Evening! Where better to let your imagination (and your inner-pirate) out to play than in these magical tropical islands where rumours of hidden treasures are still rife? Take command of a pirate ship, search for the famous pirate La Bourdonée’s jealously guarded treasure and tuck into a Kreol feast in true pirate style.
-
Day Four
Most of your day will be at leisure. In the afternoon you will be visiting the zip line, with 8 adrenalin-inducing rides through the canopy of the forest, ranging from 90m to approximately 200m. A quick buggy drive up the hillside, a short climb up the mountain (with breathtaking views of the Bay at Port Launay) and you arrive at “The Icebreaker” – the first of a series of rides through the canopy of the beautiful forest that covers the hillside of Constance Ephèlia Seychelles. You have your evening at leisure with dinner included at Constance Ephèlia Seychelles.
-
Day Five
A full day excursion to the second biggest island in the archipelago, Praslin Island, awaits. After an easy hour-long ferry transfer, your group will arrive at the ferry terminal on Praslin Island. Our representatives will meet you here to transfer you to the UNESCO World Heritage Site of Vallée de Mai, located in a valley in the heart of Praslin National Park, an area which was untouched until the 1930s and still retains primeval palm forest in a near-natural state. This palm forest includes the endemic species of the Coco de Mer, a palm that can grow up to 30 meters in length and is known for having the largest seed in the world, weighing up to 18 kilograms. There has also been a rich body of legend which has developed around the species. For instance, in the 19th century the British General Gordon produced detailed 'proof' that the Vallée de Mai was the Garden of Eden and that the Coco de Mer was the tree of knowledge, giving the area religious significance. In addition, the other five species of endemic palm are also found in the Vallée de Mai, the only place in the Seychelles where they are all found together. It is also home to the endemic (and endangered) black parrot, which is totally dependent on the existence of the Vallée de Mai and the surrounding palm forest. You will have a 90 minute tour of the Vallée de Mai before being transferred to Anse Lazio for lunch. You will be able to spend a couple of hours on what is consistently voted as one of the world’s top ten beaches, before being transferred back to the ferry terminal for the hour-long ferry transfer back to Mahé. You have your evening at leisure with dinner included at Constance Ephèlia Seychelles.
-
Day Six
You have your day at leisure. As it is your last full day in the Seychelles, make the most of it! Explore the market in the capital of Victoria, spend some time getting to know the underwater wonder world of the Port Launay National Marine Park or just lie on the beach or next to the pool, soaking up the atmosphere of this tropical paradise. Your incentive trip will be ended off tonight with a Seychelles Kreol Gala. In true Seychellois style, enjoy an evening of traditional dancing and gastronomic delicacies at one of the few remaining authentic “Grann Kaz” or Plantation Houses. Absorb the passionate rhythms of Seychellois culture with Sega and Moutia dancing by a bonfire until the wee hours of the morning.
-
Day Seven:
Unfortunately time stands still for no one, and the end of your incentive trip is here. You will be transferred to the airport in time for your connecting international flight.
Whilst you have certainly been busy during your time in the Seychelles, we are convinced that you have had enough time to soak up the tranquil atmosphere along with the natural beauty and splendour, and leave these magnificent islands feeling refreshed and ready for the journey ahead!
